Let's see, today, Payton is 2 months and 9 days old. We had her 2 month dr. appointment last week and she weighed in at a whopping 11lbs 14oz. and is now 23 inches long! So, you know how they give you the percentile that she falls in? Well, she is now in the 75% in height, weight and head. So, does a big head mean bigger brains??!! That's what I'm going to assume. :)
Our newest addition to the family is Mr. Smiley. She is just mezmorized by anything with music and lights as I'm sure all you parents out there can relate. Well, Payton is ADDICTED to Mr. Smiley. He is with us wherever we go no matter what we are doing...Mr. Smiley is in action. The only problem is that I can't get his songs out of my head!
Payton got her first pair of sunglasses from Grandma last week so she wanted to show them off. She is such a ham!

We tried out the jumperoo this weekend. She's still a few inches from the ground so we redneck rigged it and put some phone books under her feet.

Payton - you are too cute and getting so big!! I have to say you look so much like Josh to me in the pictures recently posted! Michael also loved "Mr. Smiley" when he was little. I don't know what it is about those lights and music but they are mesmerized by it! Jamie - just take it everywhere with you! We need to meet for lunch again soon!
